PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing water reformer A which makes it possible to obtain stable electrolytic performance and does not entail a failure of an anion exchange member 14 even if the volume and pressure of the bathing water 10 flowing in bathing water piping 4 fluctuates. SOLUTION: The bathing water reformer A is constituted by connecting a base end 33 of water conveyance piping 3 connected at its terminal 33 to the base of a bathing water passage section 11 to mid-way of the bathing water piping 4 for introducing the bathing water 10 to a bathtub, connecting a terminal 5f of water delivery piping 5 connected at its base end 52 to the upper part of the bathing water passage section 11 to mid-way of the bathing water piping 4 existing nearer the downstream side of the connection point 34 and interposing a bathing water pump 31 in the water conveyance piping 3.
