DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HEAT EXCHANGER TUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability for brazing of a tube in the device and method of tube manufacturing by forming of a base material. SOLUTION: In the device of manufacturing a heat exchanger tube equipped with plural flow passages through roll forming of a plate, the device is provided with a bead forming means 2 that forms a bent part by bending the plate and then by forming a projected line of bead from the bent part, a joint forming means 3 that forms a joint part by bending the end of the plate formed with the projected line of bead, a means 5 for applying a flux to the plate on which the bead and an abutting part are formed, a means 6 for forming a tube by joining the ends of the plate coated with the flux, and a means 7 for cutting the tube at a prescribed length. The device is also equipped with a means 4 for removing an oil fluid mixed component stuck to the plate before the application of the flux.
