PURPOSE: A rubber boat of an assembly type is provided to conveniently assemble or remove a tube on a circumference of a ship body and to firmly attach the tube into a receiving groove of the ship. CONSTITUTION: An assembly rubber boat comprises a receiving groove(11) formed on an upper circumference of a ship(10); a water-resistance material(30) attached to in a middle of a side wall of the receiving groove; a fixing clamp fixing the tube while being pulled toward an inner portion of the ship and releasing the tube while being pulled toward an outer portion of the ship; a fixing member(50) fixing the tube on the ship by covering an outer circumference of the tube; hooks(60,61) removably fixing the fixing member; a rubber plate formed on the water resistance material; a protrusion slantingly formed on a side portion of the rubber plate; a band(51) coated by synthetic resin by being mounted on the ship while covering the tube; and first and second fixer(52,53) arranged on both sides of the band. Thereby, the assembly rubber boat conveniently assembles or removes the tube on a circumference of the ship body.
