PURPOSE: A telephone structure capable of performing PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), VoIP(Voice over Internet Phone), keyphone connections and the call processing method thereof are provided to possess PSTN and VoIP integrally. CONSTITUTION: A local line matching unit(100) performs a matching function with a central office. A relay(120) performs a connection function that any one among a CODEC processing unit(220)/a ring control unit(130)/a DTMF control unit(140)/a call circuit unit(170) is connected to the local line matching unit(100). The ring control unit(130) generates a ring signal under the control of a microprocessor(300), drives a speaker(150). A DTMF control unit(140) detects and generates a DTMF signal. A key input unit(160) generates a key signal according to the command of the user or a number input action and then applies the signal to the microprocessor(300). A communication circuit unit(170) processes a signal from a local line(400)/a ring control unit(130)/a CODEC processing unit(220) and then drives a receiver(200). An output unit(180) displays graphically the contents for notifying in the key input or the telephone. Therefore, the telephone makes a telephone call of PSTN and VoIP telephone call in LAN(Local Area Network), and manage various call like keyphone.
