PURPOSE: Structure for locking a dual recliner of a vehicle seat with inertia is provided to reduce a producing cost by simplifying structure and to fix a seat back in crashing. CONSTITUTION: Structure for locking a dual recliner of a vehicle seat by inertia comprises recliners mounted on both sides of a rotational shaft(120) of a seat back; a seat back frame(100) fixed on a recliner bracket(110) by a fixing slant member(10); a rotating slant member(20) pushing the fixing slant member by rotating with the inertia; a first member(11) installed in the rotational shaft; a second member(12) locking/unlocking by being arranged between the seat back frame and the recliner bracket; a fixed protrusion(14) protruded on an outer portion of the second member; an elastic spring(15) elastically supporting the second member; a fixing hole(111) formed on the recliner bracket; and weight(22) formed on an upper portion of the rotating slant member.
