PURPOSE: A device for opening a swing out door of a bus is provided to conveniently open the swing out door by supplying force into a driving motor as much as weight of the bus. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening a swing out door in a bus comprises a motor(13) mounted on a side portion of a chassis(11); a drive shaft(14) receiving driving force by the motor; an arm(15) connected to the driving shaft by being fixed on a door(12); a slant sensing sensor(30) installed on a side portion of the chassis; a controlling unit(20) calculating a slant degree of the chassis according to output value of the sensor; plural conducts arranged on a length direction of the chassis; and a weight mounted on an end portion of the conduct. Thereby, the device for opening the swing out door in the bus conveniently opens the swing out door by supplying specific force into the driving motor as much as weight of the bus.
