PURPOSE: Provided is a system for improving water quality of lake/river and for removing sediment and taking aggregates on bottom of the river. CONSTITUTION: The system(10) comprises a treatment water bath(50), a first and a second pressured floating apparatus(60). The water bath(50) comprises an inflowing bath(51) and a floating bath(52), water supplying pump(20) and a first pressured floating apparatus(60). The inflowing bath(51) is for temporarily storing the water entered into the water bath(50) by the pump(20) and in a desired dimension of compartment. The floating bath(52) is for floating the suspended sludge. The first floating apparatus(60) is for injecting a compressed solution containing air and chemicals together with part of the water on the water of the floating bath(52).
