PURPOSE: An automatic optical fiber inserting apparatus of an optical fiber coating system is provided to insert a preliminary prepared optical fiber into a coating device and stably perform a continuous coating process using an automatic optical fiber inserting device. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber discharge device includes a first spool and a second spool. The first spool is wound by a first advancing optical fiber and a second stopped spool. An optical fiber coating device provides a coating at peripheries of the first and second optical fibers. A transmission complete sensor senses that a discharge of the first optical fiber of the first spool is completed and outputs a sensed transmission complete signal. A guide portion(254) simultaneously guides the first optical fiber and a second optical fiber to an optical fiber coating device according to an operation signal. A controller(244) outputs the operation signal for operating the guide portion(254) according to the sensed transmission complete signal from the transmission complete sensor(242).
