METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ZN-ELECTRODEPOSITED STEEL SHEET WITH GOOD CORROSION RESISTANCE AND SURFACE ROUGHNESS

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing Zn-electrodeposited steel sheet with good corrosion resistance and surface roughness is provided, in which a water soluble conductive polymer is added in plating bath so as to increase corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: When performing electrodeposition in chloric bath, sulfuric bath or a mixed bath of chlorine and sulfur, a water soluble conductive polymer solution(0.1% or higher) is added to a plating solution in an amount of 0.05ml/L to 50ml/L. In the method, the water soluble conductive polymer is selected from polyaniline and polythiophone.
