PURPOSE: A device for opening or closing a mirror installed on a sunvisor is provided to prevent damage of a cover by preventing the cover from being exposed in opening the mirror. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening or closing a mirror mounted on a sunvisor comprises a mirror(1) fixed on a rear portion of a sunvisor(1); a guide rail(6) installed both sides of the mirror; a cover(3) moved by being mounted on the guide rail to open or closing the mirror; a handle(7) integrally formed on the cover; and a cleaning member(8) removing foreign material attached on the mirror by being fixed on a rear portion of the cover. The mirror is opened by moving the cover leftward while holding the handle. The cover is moved along the guide rail by being received in the sunvisor to open the mirror. Thereby, the device for opening or closing the mirror mounted on the sunvisor prevents damage of the cover by preventing the cover from being exposed in opening the mirror.
