PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized tape adhering machine at a low cost. SOLUTION: The tape adhering machine rotates and moves a moving wheel 21 by a combination of a forward rotation, a reverse rotation and a stop of each of a first drive wheel 23 and a second drive wheel 26, and drives a release roller 18. The machine further drives the wheel 23, the wheel 26, drives an adhering roller 17 and drives feeding threads 32 by suitably dividing an output of one motor by a clutch mechanism (not shown). |
