PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible cable that allows to adjust an adjustment member concealed under the flexible cable even after the flexible cable is fixed, and to provide a system using the flexible cable. SOLUTION: The flexible cable 11 has a cutout 12 or an opening at a specific position, and the system is so built as to arrange the cutout or opening on the adjustment member 18. A signal line 13 in the flexible cable is so arranged as to shun the cutout 12 or opening.
