PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk manufacturing method by which a disk can be manufactured, having a laminated structure including a single layer disk with satisfactory positional precision without generating eccentricity and deviation in a position by performing positioning with high precision. SOLUTION: When the disk having a structure of two layers is manufactured, a glass substrate 13 is stuck to a cover layer 11 via an adhesive layer 12 and an attaching hole 14a is provided in the central part of them to form a laminated substrate 14 having a structure of three layers (a), the laminated substrate 14 is pressed vertically to the lower part, while the positioning of the attaching hole 14a of the laminated substrate 14 to a center boss 16 is preformed, in the state that the center boss 16 is set to a stamper 15 having a prescribed pit pattern formed in the surface thereof (b), an information recording surface 11a is transferred to the cover 11 (c). After the laminated substrate 14 is laminated to a substrate of the other layer of the disk, the glass substrate 13 is separated from the cover layer by removing the adhesive layer 12 to finally manufacture the disk having the structure of two layers. |
