PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic capable of providing sense of security to a user, and having improved effects for protecting the skin from being roughened by the effects of moisture-retaining properties and antioxidant properties. SOLUTION: This cosmetic comprises a cosmetic base, 0.001-20 wt.% honey, 0.001-20 wt.% extract of royal jelly with an organic solvent, and 0.0001-10 wt.% extract of propolis with the organic solvent or water, or by a supercritical method. Concretely, cosmetic creams, milky lotions, liquid cosmetics, skin lotions, cosmetic foundations and lipsticks are cited as the cosmetics.
