PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode composition, and a lithium secondary battery, which control capacity lowering phenomenon which is produced when using a BF-base salt. SOLUTION: The electrode composition has an electrolyte of a lithium borate fluoride-base salt, and the electrode composition and the lithium secondary battery are constituted of, at least a binder of vinylidene-homopolymer polyfluoride and an electrolyte solvent of lactone. Moreover, vinylidene- homopolymer polyfluoride is obtained through emulsion polymerization method. |
