The sauna bath cabin for an individual has a tub (1) and a cover (2). The tub forms a base and four posts (13,14) which carry the cover. The cover has a sliding panel (8). A thermally insulating layer is placed on the tub, cover and posts and has a port hole and access opening. A steam generator has a serpentine stainless steel tube radiator.
