摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master batch of formulated chemicals for rubber having excellent processability in roll processing, extrusion molding, etc. SOLUTION: The master batch of rubber chemicals is produced by mixing (A) formulated chemicals for rubber to (B) an ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber satisfying the requirements that (a) the rubber is composed of a copolymer rubber having low molecular weight and a copolymer rubber having high molecular weight, (b) the copolymer rubber having low molecular weight is an ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber having an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 0.7-1.8 dL/g, an ethylene content of 40-60 wt.% and an iodine value of 5-35, (c) the copolymer rubber having high molecular weight is an ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity of 60-150, an ethylene content of 60-80 wt.% and an iodine value of 5-35, (d) the weight ratio of the copolymer rubber having low molecular weight to the copolymer rubber having high molecular weight is 50/50 to 80/20 and (e) the Mooney viscosity of the rubber B is 20-50.
