PURPOSE: A system for guiding traffic information is provided to recognize and forecast a distance and a required time to a destination and reach the destination easily by transmitting traffic information including a map from the current place to the destination in a server connected to a network when a user inputs one's destination using a touch screen of a traffic information guiding device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of traffic information guiding devices(100) is provided for being operated by a user who wishes to obtain traffic information. The traffic information guiding device(100) includes a touch screen(110) and sets the current place. If the user selects one's destination, the traffic information guiding device(100) outputs the current place and destination data through a network(N) and displays traffic information data transmitted through the network on the touch screen(110). A server(200) is connected to each traffic information guiding device(100) through the network(N). The server(200) includes a memory for storing available traffic information data from the current place of each traffic information guiding device(100) to each place. The server(200) receives the current place outputted from each traffic information guiding device(100) and destination data through the network(N), extracts traffic information from the current place to the destination by the memory unit(200), and transmits the traffic information to a corresponding traffic information guiding device(100). |
