<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit and a voltage-controlled oscillation circuit capable of effectively avoiding a delay due to noise in a power supply system as well as fluctuation of an oscillation frequency. SOLUTION: Noise from a power supply potential node and a ground potential node is prevented from being mixed to an oscillating part 5 by sandwiching the oscillating part 5 by current sources 3 and 4 in order to control the oscillation frequency of a clock outputted by the oscillating part 5 with the current. First and second transmitting means 6 and 7 are provided between the nodes of control voltages VP and VN for controlling the current level fed by the current sources 3 and 4 and between the power supply potential node and the ground potential node respectively. When voltage fluctuation occurs in a power supply potential and a ground potential, the potential difference between control potentials VP and VN are always made constant by giving a similar potential fluctuation to the control potentials VP and VN by the first and second transmitting means 6 and 7.</p> |
