PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two liquid type hardening resin composition that has excellent hardening properties, physical properties and high adhesion even in the low temperature area of -10-5 deg.C and can early reduce the tack on the hardened surface. SOLUTION: The objective hardening resin composition comprises the following compounds: (A) a thiirane compound that is obtained by substituting the whole of or a part of oxirane rings in the epoxy compound with thiirane rings, (B) a sulfur and/or a sulfur-containing compound, (C) an amine hardening agent and (D) a tertiary amine.
