PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plural rows of cylindrical roller bearings capable of improving assembling workability and strength. SOLUTION: This cylindrical roller bearing is provided with an outer ring 11 and an inner ring 12 having plural rows of raceway surfaces and a plurality of cylindrical rollers 13 arranged in each row peripheral direction of the raceway surfaces. The roller bearing is provided with an internal collar ring 16 which is arranged between the rows of the raceway surfaces and supports an end face of the rollers 13 on both the end faces.
