PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl washing device capable of continuously supplying a small quantity of wash water while eliminating operation time for the supply of wash water before and after the stop of wash water by an operating means. SOLUTION: This toilet bowl washing device is provided with a human body detecting sensor which outputs a detection signal when detecting the approach of a user to a toilet bowl; an operating means which outputs a washing instruction signal for instructing the supply quantity of wash water to the toilet bowl by specified operation; a washing control means which outputs a control signal for instructing the supply quantity and/or timing of wash water to the toilet bowl on the basis of the detection signal and washing instruction signal; and a wash water supply means for supplying the toilet bowl with wash water on the basis of the control signal. The washing control means instructs the specified supply of wash water to the wash water supply means when there is a change in the supply quantity of wash water to the toilet bowl on the basis of the washing instruction signal.
