PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the amount of bending while ensuring elastic reaction force required as a stabilizer, and to make the stabilizer exert functions preventing chattering of a clip and improving an absorbing property of a plate thickness difference of a panel that are contrary to each other. SOLUTION: The clip is installed to the panel by inserting in a hole formed so as to penetrate the panel. A leg portion 14 and the stabilizer 24 project out in the same direction with reference to a base plate 12, and the leg portion 14 can be inserted in the installing hole and is provided with an engaging step portion 20 engaging with an edge of the installing hole on a back surface side of the panel. The stabilizer 24 is generally shaped in a pan wherein the leg portion is positioned at a center thereof, and an opening portion 28 side of the stabilizer 24 can bend by elasticity after contacting with a surface of the panel and is provided with a slit 30 cut into from the opening portion 28.
