PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress propagation of vibrations caused by a reaction of a vibration system of a loud speaker unit to a baffle board, to realize reduction in distortion and enhance sound image localization. SOLUTION: A groove smaller than the thickness of the baffle board is formed over the entire circumference of a loud speaker unit mount part of the baffle board, to which the loud speaker unit has been fitted.
