PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifying device to satisfy both temperature/humidity conditions and time responsiveness so as to solve the problem that in a conventional humidifying method for a conventional precise air conditioner, in a method wherein a high precise temperature/humidity condition is given to an air current, time responsiveness until it reaches the condition is not good and in a method coherein time responsiveness is excellent, the precision of the temperature/humidity conditions is not good. SOLUTION: An inclinated hot plate 2 is situated in a duct 1 through which air flows. Water is fed on the inclination hot plate 2 through a circulation type water feed route 3 provided with a tank 5 and a pump 6 situated at the outside of the duct 1 to generate a wet wall 4a. Air flowing through the duct 1 is brought into contact with the wet wall 4a and humidified air suitable for a precise air conditioner is generated in the duct 1.
