PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration of a part fastened or mounted by a bolt with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This fastening structure with vibration damping function imparted thereto comprises a stud bolt 5x having thread parts 5c and 5c formed at both ends, a first fastened member (fastening bracket) 3 fastened to one thread part 5c, and a second fastened member (bracket) 2 fastened to the other thread part 5c. A substantially annular weight 5d is loosely fitted to the non- fastening shank 5a of the stud bolt 5x so as to form a clearance with the non- fastening shank 5a.
