VEHICLE STRUCTURE FOR RAILWAY VEHICLE AND PRODUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: A vehicle structure for a railway vehicle and the production method are provided to reduce the length of the process, the cost of production, and the cost of maintenance by making a light body with aluminum. CONSTITUTION: A base plate unit(11) coupled in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle as a symmetrical structure of a first base plate and a second base plate. A center sill unit including a center sill to install a coupler is formed as a group and coupled to the front and rear side of the base plate unit. An under frame is formed by forming a bolster unit of a group forming a body bolster for installation of a trolley and coupling to the front and rear side of each center sill. Coupling the side-upper, meddle, and lower panel as a laminated structure between the side-lower panel and upper panel forms a side frame. Coupling the upper, middle, and lower roof frame form a roof frame(30). A brush bar(40) of a group connects the side frame and the under frame. A cant rail(50) of a group connects the roof frame to the side frame.
