PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery device that can suppress occurrence of local deformation in a preheater for heating oxidant gas.SOLUTION: A fuel battery device FC includes a fuel battery stack CS which is supplied with fuel gas and oxidant gas to generate power, and a preheater (air heating passage 40) which is disposed to surround the fuel battery stack from the sides and heats the oxidant gas supplied to the fuel battery stack. The preheater includes a fourth cylinder body 140 in which the fuel battery stack is mounted, and a fifth cylindrical body 150 which is disposed so that the center axis thereof is coincident with the center axis of the fourth cylindrical body and in which the fourth cylindrical body is mounted. Plural metal plates are inserted in an air flow passage 401 formed between the fourth cylindrical body and the fifth cylindrical body so as to be aligned along the peripheral direction of the fourth cylindrical body. The positional displacement between the fourth cylindrical body and the fifth cylindrical body is suppressed by the elastic force of the respective metal plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
