PURPOSE: A structure for reinforcing a rear package tray of an automobile is provided to improve rigidity and to restrict vibration by connecting vertical and horizontal reinforcing members to a package tray panel. CONSTITUTION: A structure for reinforcing a rear package tray of an automobile includes a horizontal reinforcing member(40) and at least one or more of vertical reinforcing members(50). The horizontal reinforcing member is connected integrally to a lower surface of a package tray panel(20) in a horizontal direction, and opened at an upper end to have an inner space of a prescribed size. The vertical reinforcing members are connected integrally to the lower surface of the package tray panel in a vertical direction and have a bended structure.
