<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stable sealing performance of a bellows sealing part, to carry out favourable centering of a pump shaft and to prevent torsion at the time of assembly. SOLUTION: Bellows 12 are attached on both sides of a pump head 11, and pump chambers are respectively formed inside. A pair of cylinders 1 is coaxially arranged against the bellows 12 so as to store the bellows 12. Opening edge parts 1c, 1d to cover the outer peripheral side of a connecting part of the pump head 11 and the bellows 12 are formed on end parts against which the cylinders 1 face.</p> |
