<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately grasp movement of people within a region which has been difficult to be grasped thus for, by using a communication network rapidly spreading in recent years. SOLUTION: Monitors, registered beforehand inside a certain region, are questioned as needed by using communication terminals 20, the questionnaire responses the totaled and analyzed in an information processor 1, and regional movement information is prepared. From the regional movement information, the movement tendency for the entire region is quickly and accurately grasped and makes it move easily understood by further displaying it together with a map.</p> |
