PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf unit of refrigerator having a simple structure and excellent stability and can be moved easily in a predetermined vertical direction while mounting foods. SOLUTION: A link member 4 is fixed rotatably to the vicinity of the opposite side faces of a shelf 3 and the link member 4 is rotated about a fulcrum part 4c where one end of the link member 4 is fixed rotatably to an inner box 2b. A link mechanism for moving the shelf 3 up and down in parallel while interlocking with rotation of the link member 4 is provided and the shelf 3 is stopped at an upper position and a lower position by means of holding members 6a and 6b provided on the wall face of the inner box 2b.
