PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and visually identify a residual quantity by offering construction permitting the identification of a residual quantity in a reserving tank at its upper part. SOLUTION: A level gage portion 421 is provided extending stepwise from the upper face side to the lower face side of a tank body 410 so that an upper end 421a of the level gage portion 421 is displaced from a lower end 421b thereof in a horizontal direction. A liquid surface level appearing at the level gage portion 421 can be visually identified at a side in a vertical direction (at the upper side) and so the residual quantity of a cooling water can be easily and visually identified.
