PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide producing method and apparatus enabling ready prepara tion and capable of making discharge holes multiple, conjugating many kinds of spinning dopes and uniformly and stably producing a side by side type conju gate fiber. SOLUTION: Different two or more spinning dopes are formed as concentric circular conjugate liquid flow in a conjugate flow-forming part (10) and the conjugate liquid flow is straightly fed to a spinning nozzle by a linear cylindrical pipe (20). The spinning nozzle has a ring-like recessed groove at the peripheral edge and plural discharge holes are formed at equal interval on the bottom. These discharge holes are opened over at least two spinning dope layers of conjugate liquid flow and two or more spinning dopes are conjugated side-by-side type from these discharge holes and discharged.
