PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take cargoes directly in a flat pallet without manual cargo work when the cargoes loaded on a sheet pallet are unloaded from an offshore container. SOLUTION: A forklift comprises a winch 7 installed on a forklift body 2; a guide lead-out means 9 to guide and lead out a wire rope 8, drawn out from the winch 7, to the front of the forklift body 2; and a drawing jig 10 attached to the tip of the winch 7. The tub of a sheet pallet 11 on which cargoes are loaded is grasped by the drawing jig 10, and the wire rope 8 of the winch 7 is wound to pull the sheet pallet 11 to this side. A flat pallet 19 is set at the fork 4, and a cargo 12 loaded on the sheet pallet 11 pulled to this side can be loaded on the flat pallet 19 together with the sheet pallet.
