SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first acquisition means for acquiring basic information provided in a network; an information analysis part 103 for analyzing the basic information acquired by the first acquisition means to extract element demand information for acquiring element information stated in the basic information and provided in the network; a second acquisition means for acquiring the element information on the basis of the element demand information extracted by the information analysis part 103; an interruption determining part 104 for interrupting the acquisition of the element information to provide predetermined information when the conditions of interrupting the acquisition of the element information are satisfied, and an information return part 102 for outputting the basic information, element information and predetermined information. |
