PURPOSE: A heater evaporator unit assembly for air conditioner is provided to reduce time needed for development and cost for test. CONSTITUTION: A porous layer(40), packed with porous material, is installed on a defroster outlet(20). Wind direction distributing guides(50,52) are installed on a defroster nozzle(30). The wind direction distributing guides are installed symmetrically with respect to a center of the defroster nozzle. Flow rate field has the same shape for any kind of automobiles and heating, ventilating and air conditioning(HVAC) system of any shape so that the defroster nozzle is designed to have the same shaped for any kind of automobiles. |
