METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SUPPLYING REMOTE EXTRA CURRICULUM CLASS USING DISTRIBUTED NETWORK SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method and a system for supplying a remote extra curriculum using a distributed network system are provided to embody a real time interactive discussion and learning, and an interactive real time file transmission by performing a remote extra curriculum learning between a lecturer and a learner using a distributed network system without a relay of an intermediate router and a server between a lecturer PC and a learner PC. CONSTITUTION: An interface device(18) supports a communication on a distributed network and a TCP/IP network. A knowledge search engine(22) searches a file in a client(lecturer, student) PC(or server) being connected to the distributed network. A file sharing server(24) manages files being shared in the distributed network and shares/controls a file searched between the client(lecturer, student) PCs(or server) interactively. A remote extra curriculum group server(28) includes a component for performing a remote extra curriculum learning in the distributed network. An IP detector(25) checks an IP address and a port number of the client(lecturer, student) PC(or server) connected to the remote extra curriculum group server(28). An IM server(27) supports a mutual communication with the client(lecturer, student) PC(or server).
