PURPOSE: An inner area of a connection portion connected with a surge tank and a capacity of a resonating chamber are changed by engine rpm to improve intake efficiency and torque dip of engine. CONSTITUTION: In a resonator(1) installed to communicate with a surge tank(2) having a throttle valve(61), a fixing valve(4) is installed in a connection portion(3) connecting the surge tank and the resonator. The fixing valve is installed facing a rotation valve(5). A controlling hole of the rotation valve and a fixing hole of the fixing valve are formed off center each other. A hook protruding from the rotation valve and a throttle valve are connected. By rotation of a throttle valve lever, the rotation valve is rotated to increase or reduce opening area of the controlling hole and fixing hole.
