The present invention relates to a production method of inoculated bacteria and cultivated bacteria of Poria cocos Wolf and, more specifically, relates to a production method of inoculated bacteria and cultivated bacteria of Poria cocos Wolf, which can produce optimal Poria cocos Wolf having high contents of an active ingredient. The production method of inoculated bacteria and cultivated bacteria of Poria cocos Wolf comprises the steps of: (a) mixing pine sawdust, corn powder, and the like; (b) making a medium; (c) sterilizing the same, after sealing the medium in a vinyl container; (d) producing inoculated bacteria of Poria cocos Wolf after sealing the original bacteria of Poria cocos Wolf in the vinyl container; (e) mixing the pine sawdust, the corn powder, and the like; (f) making the medium by mixing nutritional supplements; (g) sterilizing the same, after sealing the medium in step (f) in the vinyl container; and (h) producing cultivated bacteria of Poria cocos Wolf, after sealing the inoculated bacteria of Poria cocos Wolf in step (d) in the vinyl container. |
