Working elements of device are made in form of pipes installed across horizontal housing in rows at tilting with distances in row equal to sinusoidal period and displacement of pipes in adjacent row through half of sinusoidal. Raised ends of pipes are secured in holes of squirrel- cage holder, and lowered ends rest on holder. Pipes have inlet and outlet tangential holes. Such design of working elements increases speed of separation of crude oil from water owing to use of both gravitational and centrifugal forces at preservation of possibility of enlargement of oil particles on contact surfaces.
