PURPOSE: To prevent occurrence of deformation of glass bulb, dimension failure and crack by using a specific airtight terminal structure as an airtight sealing structure of the lead leading to the outside. CONSTITUTION: As a method for the countermeasures, an airtight terminal structure, which has an equivalent coefficient of thermal expansion as the glass bulb and has an outside leading lead, is used at the both ends of the leading lead of the glass bulb leading to the outside, and the both ends of the leading lead are heated and sealed.
