<p>The invention concerns a stable pharmaceutical oxaliplatinum preparation for parenteral administration wherein the oxaliplatinum is in solution in a solvent with a concentration of at least 7 mg/ml having been subjected to a moist heat treatment with saturated and pressurised water vapour at a high temperature not exceeding 110 °C. The invention also concerns a method for obtaining same.</p> |
