SUBSTANCE: method may be used for sealing of members of underground equipment and similar operations arising in drilling and operation of oil and gas wells. The method includes preliminary preparation of sealing agent and its injection to zone of sealing in fluid carrier based on hydrocarbon. Injected into zone of sealing is sealing agent containing at least two compositions which are separately prepared and simultaneously injected into well in excessive amount of fluid carrier in which rubber particles are uniformly distributed. In this case, introduced into the first composition are particles of nonpolymerized rubber in protective film, and introduced into the second composition are particles of polymerized rubber. In so doing, introduced into the first composition are rubber particles sizing from 0.1 to 0.6 cu. cm in amount of not more 20 wt.%, and protective film on surface of particles of nonpolymerized rubber is formed on base of lignosulfonate or acrylic, or polyacrylamide, or cellulose-containing chemical reagents. Introduced into the second composition are rubber particles sizing from 0.05 to 1.0 cu.cm in amount of 1.0-5.0 wt.%.
