A process for producing filled containers for medicinal purposes, in a single finishing line under controlled conditions. A process for producing filled containers for medicinal purposes, in a single finishing line under controlled conditions, comprises producing a container blank by injection moulding in a horizontal position, and defining the container mouth section. The blank is placed vertically in a laminar air stream, and is inflated with sterile, filtered air, to achieve the final container shape. The vertically arranged container is filled and the mouth is closed using a conventional seal. The container is then removed from the moulding station.
