SUBSTANCE: device has a body, cylinder, lower and upper packering units, and an anchor. The body is composed of internal and external branch pipes with radial windows. Branch pipes are made for reciprocation relative to each other along their axes. Branch pipes are engageable by their projections. Internal branch pipe has a self-sealing rubber member. Internal branch pipe has windows, flats and retainers engageable with recesses on internal branch pipe. The cylinder has a packing ring for a hollow plunger with radial holes. The cylinder is made for reciprocation relative to a spacer. The lower packering unit is made of rubber collars, pressing, intermediate and supporting rings. The anchor body is made for reciprocation relative to the spacer. The upper packering unit has a self-sealing rubber member, reverse anchor which is made of internal and external branch pipes engageable by their projections. The internal branch pipe has a self-sealing rubber member, slot-shaped windows, recesses, circular bores. The external branch pipe has windows, recesses and flats. EFFECT: increased operating reliability and operation efficiency of device in execution of multifunctional, selective and directed stimulation of bottom-hole zone, building-up of pressure required for performance of hydraulic fracturing of formation. 4 cl, 2 dwg
