The valve body (1a-c) is for a fluid-operated seat valve, controlled and guided in a cylinder passage, which in a first end part (12) has an engagement area (9) effecting a sealed engagement with a valve seat (2) in a valve part (11). In an opposite end part it is activated by a force acting in a closing direction. The valve body is formed by a single material piece and has a narrowed formation (4) along a part of its length, whereby an elastic angle adjustment of the first end part is permitted under the influence of the force acting in a closing direction for the purpose of producing a complete location of the engagement area against the valve seat. |
