A wired communications network equals an energy distribution network (EDN) (3). Coupling devices (CDev) (2a) make a connection between a mobile communications device (MCD) (1) and the EDN. The CDev can be integrated into a network device (5) for the MCD. The CDev can also be integrated into a computer. An aerial interface can provide communication between the CDev and the MCD that work under the DECT cordless standard. An Independent claim is also included for a method for the communication of mobile communications devices with mobile radiotelephone networks/wired communications networks via interfaces.
