<p>The invention presents a method and a digital electronic device to create, read, write and communicate molecular information. An apparatus that identifies molecular species by conducting a digitally-encoded microelectronic script (1) through a integrated circuit that contains a read channel (2), a write channel (3) and molecular input/output device (4) containing a molecular motor (5), and portal (6). The device uses a digital script (1) to organize, create and read an array of specific molecular queries.
