PURPOSE: A system and a method for the EC(Electric Commerce) using a virtual account are provided to make a company immediately deliver an article without a job for confirming the customer as a customer pays an article price by using the virtual accounts joining the representative account established to a cooperating bank with the real account of the cooperating company. CONSTITUTION: The system for the EC using the virtual account comprises a server system(80) managing a mother account of the bank, a virtual account operator server system(10) managing the virtual account by connecting to the bank server through a bank exclusive communication network and a cooperating company server system(90) using the virtual account by connecting to the virtual account operator server system. The virtual account operator server system comprises a communication device(15) consisting of a hub, a router and a CSU/DSU(Channel Service Unit/Data Service Unit), a firewall server system(20), a web server system(30), a DB(40), a certification server system(50), a virtual account server system(60) and a communication sever system(70).
